The body of Christ; meaning that all believers in Christ must give closer attention to the Word! It’s time to cry out to the Lord and be delivered from the negative issues of past life experiences. [Ps 30:2]
Therefore, the scriptures tell us according John 6:45,
“It is written in the prophets, and they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me!”
Jesus had great concern to teach and demonstrate God’s true love for the sons of God. These same sons will become his representation upon the earth.
In view of this particular scripture, there are a number of kingdom principles we must give attention as we follow Christ Jesus! First, receiving the word yields and gives divine life; in order that all have spiritual knowledge. Secondly, the spiritual word of God brings purity and transformation into your heart and not your intellectual knowledge. Thirdly, even Jesus places emphasis on the teaching or the instruction of the Word; this word is our life and offers us effective and prosperous living! And finally, God’s ultimate goal is to enhance the son’s level of maturity, thus coming forth in his image and his divine likeness. Remember, only the Word of God can and will purify the heart [soul] of each son. Again, this is his mandate that the spirit, soul and body must become pure as he is pure.
